The more information you have about your surgery and recovery, the more control you have during the entire process. Remember, you and your family are the center of the team. We need your input as our team creates the best plan of care for you following surgery.

Members of your Rehab team may include:

Primary Doctor:

A specially trained doctor is in charge of your rehab treatment and progress while you are a patient in the Rehab Hospital and coordinates the overall team treatment program, while also consulting other specialists as needed.

Wound Care Nurse:

The wound care nurse will work with you if you have problems with the way your incision is healing or if you are having other issues with your skin.

Clinical Case Manager:
